Meet the Team

Julie Durelle is an Operations Coordinator at Centum Home Lenders. She started in the mortgage industry in 2025 after earning her Mortgage Agent licence, bringing with her a strong passion for client service and helping people move closer to their homeownership goals.

With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, including 10 years with a major Canadian airline, Julie has built a career around communication, organization, and creating positive client experiences. Her background also includes hospitality, recruitment, and business development, giving her a well-rounded perspective on relationship building, problem solving, and supporting people through important decisions.

As Operations Coordinator, Julie supports the team by helping keep processes organized, efficient, and client-focused. Her role includes coordinating key administrative tasks, supporting internal communication, and helping ensure clients receive a smooth and positive experience throughout their mortgage journey.

Julie enjoys being part of one of the biggest milestones in a client’s life. She believes every client has a unique story, and that trust, support, and clear communication can make the home-buying process feel much more manageable.

She is excited to continue learning, growing in the mortgage industry, and supporting a team that is passionate about helping clients.
