Jake is a Mortgage Associate with a strong background in credit and a client first approach. With nine years in the financial industry and a heavy focus on mortgages, Jake is passionate about making the process clear, simple, and easier on homeowners and buyers.

Before joining the team, Jake supported many home purchases and built strong experience in refinancing. He also worked in title insurance sales, which gave him a deeper understanding of property title and the details that matter in a transaction.

In his role, Jake focuses on more than finding a great rate. He helps clients choose the mortgage product that fits their needs. Every client situation is different, so Jake believes advice should be tailored. He takes time to explain the options so clients feel comfortable and confident in their decision.

Jake’s favourite part of the work is helping first time home buyers purchase their first home. He also enjoys solving complex files and finding the right path forward when a situation is not straightforward.

Jake joined the team because it is locally owned and understands the needs of the community. He is excited to learn and grow with the team, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and help people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
