Meet Marc Bourque

Meet Marc Bourque, our new Manager of Commercial Lending! Marc has eight years of experience working in the commercial lending space, helping entrepreneurs bring their business ideas to life. He also brings over a decade of experience in financial services from his previous roles, making him a valuable asset to the team. We are thrilled to welcome him aboard!

Marc’s role

As Manager of Commercial Lending, Marc will be leading the new commercial division of Centum Home Lenders. He handles commercial lending inquiries and connects his clients with lenders who can offer the best solutions, while also developing new business on behalf of Centum. He is especially passionate about taking on new construction projects and seeing ideas unfold.

“My favourite part of working in the mortgage lending space is working on new construction files,” Marc says. “I love seeing a concept become a reality and playing a part in making that happen.”

“As an entrepreneur myself, I understand many of the challenges that my clients endure,” Marc says. “Being an entrepreneur can be the most stressful but also the most rewarding experience for anyone’s career. Being along for the ups and downs of that journey is what gets me excited to go to the office every morning.”
