Meet Jake Chase

Meet Jake Chase, the newest addition to the Centum Home Lenders Team. Jake joins us as a Mortgage  Associate.. He has nine years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on credit and mortgages. We are excited to welcome Jake to the team.

“I am passionate about bringing my background to assist homeowners and make the mortgage process as easy as possible,” Jake says.

Jake’s role

In his role, Jake helps clients find the best mortgage product for their needs. He looks at more than just the rate. He focuses on fit, flexibility, and what makes sense for each client’s situation. Jake believes every client is different, so the advice should be tailored.

Jake brings experience with home purchases, refinancing, and property title from his previous work in title insurance sales. That background helps him support clients through the details that come with a home purchase or a refinance.

“Helping first time home buyers purchase their first home is what first started my passion for mortgages,” Jake says. “I like putting the puzzle together so every client ends up in the right product and feels comfortable with the options.”
