Meet Stephanie Richard, Centum Home Lenders’ newest team member! Stephanie is taking on the role of Operations Coordinator. She will be the first point of contact for our clients. With nearly a decade of experience working in the banking industry, and 15 years of providing excellent customer service, we are very excited that Stephanie is here as the newest addition to our team!

“I am very detail oriented, and I love working with numbers, so the financial industry has always interested me,” Stephanie says. “Helping others has always been a priority for me. Every client has their particular situation so it is never the same challenges or the same needs, so finding a solution that fits what they are looking for has always been one of my motivations in the industry.”

Stephanie’s role 

As Operations Coordinator, Stephanie will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcome and that their needs are met. She will be involved with every aspect of the mortgage process, from answering inquiries to handling documentation, assisting with financial reporting, and providing valuable support to her colleagues. 

Stephanie’s background in the banking industry means she has insight on being a lender and understanding how the world of mortgages is constantly evolving. She is eager to learn and expand her knowledge base so she can continue to provide the best support for clients. 

“When it comes to buying your first home, it can be very confusing and scary if you don’t know the whole process, so it is very nice to connect with people who can help provide well-informed support,” Stephanie says. “Getting a mortgage is a big decision, and it is very satisfying to be able to guide clients through all the steps and help them achieve their financial goals.”
